After attending Fryeburg Academy Azel Littlefield graduated from Southern Maine Technical Institute where he successfully completed the Building Construction program.
After serving in the US Army he returned to Lovell. He worked for several years renovating cabins at Boulder Brook for William Severance.
In 1965 Azel started his own building business. In 1977 Azel’s work made its way into the Boston Globe for his “ingenious, reasonable, and a meticulous craftsmen”.
The business grew from year to year and in 1980 his son, Brad Littlefield joined his father. They have been working together to continue to produce quality workmanship to their clients. Brad is a graduate of Fryeburg Academy and the University of Southern Maine.
Brad isn’t just a builder, but also a family man and a huge community supporter. Brad is a member of the Fryeburg Recreation Dept., where he played a big part in creating their “Field of Dreams” and continues to work towards the completion of those facilities. Brad is also the Vice-President of Lake Kezar CC, and a member of the Booster Club. Brad like Littlefield Builders gives 100 % to whatever project he undertakes.
