Our family has been enjoying Kezar Lake for over 50 years. Deciding to build a new cottage in 1997 to replace the old one, we naturally looked for the best builder in the area and contracted Azel Littlefield, who, at that time, had a crew of four or five men. From the day he started until the house was completed, there was always someone on the job. We spent our summer in the “old” cottage, which was within 50 feet of the construction site, always being able to observe their progress. We were amazed at how meticulous they were in all aspects of the building, whether it was framing up the house or applying the finishing touches. Everything is square, plumb, and level throughout, and not a squeak in any of the floors. We can attest to their honesty, integrity, and superior workmanship.
