I have worked with Littlefield Builders since 1987, when they originally built my house in Lovell, Maine. In 2006, I contracted with them for extensive renovations, including the removal an unused deck which was replaced by the construction of some much-needed interior space, the addition of a two story, two-car garage, and a complete gutting and remodeling of an existing bathroom. With both projects, Littlefield Builders provided outstanding design advice and construction suggestions. They also incorporated my ideas and suggestions into the plans. They listened to my needs, and followed up regularly to make sure the projects were proceeding according to schedule. After both projects were completed, they returned regularly to take care of all the “small” things that always seem to come up after major construction. Their attention to detail and the quality of the construction were nothing short of amazing. Littlefield Builders completed both the original house and the renovations while I was not living in Lovell. I trust and rely on them completely to deliver a high quality construction project that gives me exactly what I want.
