We have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Littlefield Builders since 1984, when we purchased our cottage on Kezar Lake. Over the years we have done numerous upgrades and renovations. Our latest and most ambitious project started in the fall of 2005 and was completed the following year. The house was lifted and a complete poured concrete foundation and floor was added. Extensive masonry work was done. All the plumbing was replaced along with the furnace and air conditioning system. All bathrooms were renovated. The kitchen was totally re-done with high end appliances. Most windows were replaced as was the electrical system. New hardwood maple flooring was installed throughout. Finally, new decking, roofing and gutters were added. We are completely satisfied with the end result of our project. Our little cottage became a wonderful home! Most builders will tell you what can't be done. On the other hand, Littlefield Builders are "CAN DO." They are a pleasure to work with and have a high degree of integrity and honesty. They are backed by a full array of sub-contractors, many of which were needed due to the extent and scope of our project. We got to know the Littlefield Builders crew along with many local tradesmen.
