Dependable, always willing to listen and act on change orders, friendly, totally quality orientated, quick to respond, creative and always possessing a "can do" attitude, prompt, slightly above average in square foot cost but totally worth it as their subs are top flight craftsman. Bottom line: I am in the real estate business and have never met people with whom I have had more fun and received a better finished product. I have built two homes with Littlefield Builders and would be happy to talk with anyone interested in weighing the benefits of using this integrity ridden, family orientated builder.
